The RACK-SEC edge CPU and Master are tested before leaving our workshops and should need no further support. Depending on the network that the RACK-SEC units are connected to, you may need a system re-boot from time to time.
Should the client supply the electronic door handles and proximity cards we would recommend a maintenance agreement which includes remote diagnostics to support the door handle readers.
Clients sometimes prefer to have a support contract in place. We are happy to tailor a support contract to suit.
